Jan van Huysum | Still life painter

Jan van Huysum, (Amsterdam, 1682-1749) Dutch painter known for his still lifes of flowers and fruits.
He was the eldest son of Justus van Huysum, a versatile painter whose subjects included landscapes, seascapes, battle scenes, portraits, and flowers. Jan van Huysum studied under his father but soon surpassed him in skill.

Zhao Chun / 赵春, 1970 | Figurative painter

Zhao Chun / 赵春 was born in Shenyang City, Liaoning province, China.
He graduated from the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts.
He participated in the Hong Kong Return to Art exhibition and won the Silver Medal.
For the 30th anniversary of the China-Japan Peace Treaty, the Seibu Art Museum in Tokyo organized an exhibition of oil paintings by Zhao Chun.
