Denis Korobkov, 1982

Contemporary Russian artist Денис Коробков lives and works in Penza.

He graduated from the Penza Art College named after. K. A. Savitsky, Penza in 2006.

He devoted part of his work to the history of this beautiful city.

The artist is engaged in painting, graphics and restoration of old photographs.

With deep respect, he studies the pictorial heritage of the Silver Age and achieves a certain result in understanding the aesthetics of that time.

He enriches his personal experience with an endless search for forms and means of expression.

His works are distinguished by subtle coloristic relationships and professional mastery of compositional techniques.

The artist tries to show familiar things from an unusual angle and encourage his viewer to philosophical reasoning and deliberately, at times, allows some understatement, leaving the opportunity to "think it out for yourself".

A special place in the work of the Penza artist Denis Korobkov is occupied by paintings created on the basis of historical facts.

For several years he collaborated with the Cultural Heritage Foundation and was awarded two golden distinctions.

In 2009 he was a participant in the International Plein Air in Montenegro.

In 2011, the works of the Penza artist were presented at the All-Russian Art Exhibition "The Great Volga - the Art of the Volga Republics" (Saransk) and at the exhibition "International Salon 2011" at the Central House of Artists (Moscow).

In 2013, a personal exhibition "Penza on the Canvas of History" took place as part of the All-Russian Humanitarian Forum "Search for the Province".

L'artista cerca di mostrare cose familiari da un'angolazione insolita e incoraggia il suo spettatore a ragionamenti filosofici e deliberatamente, a volte, permette qualche eufemismo, lasciando l'opportunità di "pensarci da soli".

Un posto speciale nell'opera dell'artista di Penza Denis Korobkov è occupato da dipinti creati sulla base di fatti storici.

Ha dedicato parte del suo lavoro alla storia della sua bellissima città.

L'artista si occupa di pittura, grafica e restauro di vecchie fotografie.

Per diversi anni ha collaborato con la Fondazione Beni Culturali ed è stato insignito di due riconoscimenti d'oro.

Nel 2009 ha partecipato all'International Plein Air in Montenegro.
