Anastasia Trusova / Анастасия Трусова is a Russian impressionist artist who has known how to draw and paint in a variety of artistic approaches since childhood.

In a style she calls Graphic Impressionism, she prefers working on the foreground or focusing on the main character in a piece.

She paints with oil, pencils, watercolors, and pens, but now mostly acrylics using brushes and a palette knife.

"I was born in a very small town in Russia.

We had not much, like everyone else in that difficult time.

However, we had plenty of nature, forests, lakes and swamps.

From the age of five I began to study painting, pencil drawing, sculpture.

In art school we were taught to appreciate every moment, variability, state of nature and to protect it.

My dad worked in Moscow and at 12 we moved to him.

Then I continued to study painting and entered the university of design.

The education of the designer left a definite imprint on my painting, so we learned how to create art objects, painting was in the background.

After graduation, I started working in a large international company as a shoe designer.

I lived the one half of the year in Russia and the other in China (a 8-year pause in painting begins).

Life introduces me to my husband and I move to him in Belgium.

New language, adaptation, search for new friends, understanding of the new system and the birth of a son.

In 2018, I again take the brush in my hand and begin to paint again.

I want to show the variability of nature, the beauty of the moment, as I see it.

I love graphics and love painting, I love sculpture.

For a very long time I could not choose which direction to develop. so I put everything together.

I created my own style "textured graphic impressionism".

In uno stile che chiama Impressionismo grafico, preferisce lavorare in primo piano o concentrarsi sul personaggio principale di un'opera.

Dipinge con olio, matite, acquerelli e penne, ma ora principalmente acrilici usando pennelli ed una spatola.

Al liceo artistico ci hanno insegnato ad apprezzare ogni momento, variabilità, stato di natura ed a proteggerlo.

Mio padre lavorava a Mosca e quando avevo 12 anni ci siamo trasferiti da lui.

Poi ho continuato a studiare pittura e sono entrata all'università di design.

L'educazione del designer ha lasciato un'impronta definitiva sulla mia pittura, così abbiamo imparato a creare oggetti d'arte, la pittura era sullo sfondo.

Dopo la laurea, ho iniziato a lavorare in una grande azienda internazionale come stilista di scarpe.

Ho vissuto una metà dell'anno in Russia e l'altra in Cina (inizia una pausa di 8 anni nella pittura).

La vita mi presenta mio marito e mi trasferisco da lui in Belgio.

Nuova lingua, adattamento, ricerca di nuovi amici, comprensione del nuovo sistema e nascita di un figlio.

Nel 2018 riprendo in mano il pennello e ricomincio a dipingere.

Voglio mostrare la variabilità della natura, la bellezza del momento, così come la vedo io.

Amo la grafica e amo la pittura, amo la scultura.

Per molto tempo non ho potuto scegliere quale direzione sviluppare, quindi metto tutto insieme.

Ho creato il mio stile "impressionismo grafico strutturato".
