Lorraine Dell Woo ~ Flirty Hat

Lorraine Dell Wood began her career as an artist in the animation divisions of Columbia, Paramount and Warner Bros., leading her into production and behind the scenes of the Old Hollywood major studio system, marrying a production executive. As a member of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences, Ms. Wood served on nine Blue Ribbon Emmy Awards panels. Extensive travel and being on location for films including “Some Like It Hot”, “West Side Story”, “The Magnificent Seven” and “The Apartment” has inspired the glamour and spice ever present her images.



Lorraine’s series of Flirty Black Hat paintings was inspired by a vintage photograph of her mother from 1933.  The series is a marriage of graphic design and fine art technique. Her paintings and sketches have been exhibited in prestigious collections, galleries and luxury hotels.
As a member of the Television Academy of Arts & Sciences, Ms. Wood served on nine Blue Ribbon Emmy Awards panels. As a member of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, since relocating from Southern California, Lorraine has had exhibitions in many Florida galleries and luxury hotels throughout Central Florida including Orlando Marriott Downtown, Westin Grand Bohemian, and Loew's Portofino Bay at Universal.





























Lorraine Dell Wood ha iniziato la sua carriera nel cinema come artista.
